Rich land got the highest prize in the international architectural competition for 5-Star Hotel – Star Hill high end apartment

On July 14, 2009, beated other international design companies, Rich Land (joint venture with 8 ac - Spain) was honourably awarded the second prize (not have first prize) for the design idea competition of Star Hill high end apartment - 5-star Hotel Complex.

The Building, addressed at Ward 10, Da Lat City and invested by Song Kim Corp, has 17 stories, 60,000 m2 of floor area, providing 200 high-end apartments and int’l standard 250 rooms of hotel. The design of Rich Land convinced the Council of examiners by exposing the value of living quality instead of quantity of facilities.

The solution emphasized on pragmatism in organization of chain of functions, especially the performance of hotel with each industrial and professional service section: separate the internal operation of hotel from personal activities of guests and differentiate the normal guests with Business men and statemen. The design proposed the architect in harmony with Dalat landscape, allocated the impressive entrance and took the nature into living-rooms.

Viewing from every direction, the Building appeared to be a sparkling star hill at night, romantic and charming.
