The planning area belonged in map number 1, 2, 3, 4 Le Minh Xuan Commune Department of Cadastre and Geography, Binh Chanh District (according to data in 2005) It currently belongs in Le Minh Xuan Commune, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City .
The boundary of land was identified by following ways:
- The East of the land was adjacent to new residential area which belonged to Phuong Lam investment Limited liability company.
- The West of the land was adjacent to existing residential area along Mai Ba Huong Street.
- The South of the land was adjacent to canal 2 along Le Chinh Dang Street.
- The North of the land was adjacent to existing residential area along Provincial road 10 .
