Construction design solutions:

In the area proposed allocating a block of the main house, a block of food and a block accessories, beside that there were parking lot for cars, parking lot for 2-wheel vehicle, internal roads and trees:

 

the area is planned to organise main block, food block and extra block. In addtion, there are parking lots for motorbike, cars, walking paths and trees:

 

Building area of main block was 9.765 m2.

 

Building area of food’s block was 690 m2.

 

Building area of accessories’ block was 202 m2.

 

Main entrance was in North-West direction, from Asian highway road (road’s width: 120m); second entrance was in the West direction, from Road 14.

 

Around and adjacent area of the construction have been internal roads ensuring fire protection and safety.

 

Building height: Building height from pavement to roof was 12 m.

 

Purposes of constructing and investing in the project:

 

The aim of the project was to invest in building modern and  civilized Hiep Tri Trade Center & Supermarket which contributed to the embellishment and improvement of the life of people and also the Government budget.

 

Exploiting the land in an effective; contributing to the embellishment of the city; creating a beautiful city

Enhance the effectiveness of land use.
