Concept Design

The whole residential area is divided into 3 specifc areas as high-storey building zone where has 2 blocks from 14 to 16 storeys along Bung Ong Thon street, the Joint-housing zone has internal road with distance between redlines of 14m which layed to the West borderd to Minh Son residential area and the dounblet - isolating villas are located along the Go Lon canal and the East of the Site.  

The kintergarden has area of 3,967m2 which located in the center in order to easy traffic for the resident.
