Concept Design

The whole residential area is divided into 3 specifc areas as high-storey building zone where has 2 blocks from 14 to 16 storeys along Bung Ong Thon street, the Joint-housing zone has internal road with distance between redlines of 14m which layed to the West borderd to Minh Son residential area and the dounblet - isolating villas are located along the Go Lon canal and the East of the Site.  

The kintergarden has area of 3,967m2 which located in the center in order to easy traffic for the resident.

Specific dividing the residential areas and connecting to the traffic roads, airy pavements bringing the spacious and cool for the resident. On the other hand, green should be intermixed between the houses, shading trees are planned at the street corners and along the pavement to increase the life and bring clean environment to the residential.
