Concept Design
There are many high-storey hotels and buildings as Sheraton, Yasaka, Hoan Cau, Asia Paradise, Ocean View and etc. along Le Thanh Ton street to Tran Phu street, but specific achitectural Nha Trang Main Gate of Impression - Simple - Strong - Powerfull.
The advantage of the site is on ocean-front view and disadvantage is the site length facing West which has high specific temperature of the Middle of Vietnam. The design has focus on all the functions aim to bring the income to the Investor such as ocean view, directly avoiding the West sunshine, almost take the South East and South West wind to the apartments for saving power.
The design lay-out is one simple block putting together, dividing usage space and seperating the use mainly following the vertical transport way. together with economic value in maintenance which help to reduce the operation cost and having high competed.
At night, lighting the terrace to stand-out the Main Gate as a lighthouse like welcome Nha Trang people back to the mother land.
