Design’s concept

The construction has 3-storeys podium of services and 15-storeyshotel in didderent classes (Standard - Exterior - Suite - VIP) and 2 basements for parking and lounge.

Set-up the traffic according to the functions as crowding (wholesale trading shops, wedding, event, etc.) seperated to the guests (retailers, hotel, etc.)

There for, conveniences were not allowed to be missing but had to be compressed maximally to meet the standard of 4-star hotel in order to spaces and cost. All the hotel rooms (100%) were prioritized to have outside views. Road for pedestrians was separated from road transportation. Road for service was separated from road for tourist.

The structure of the building had different height in order to create open space, combining with the sparking light from the hotel rooms at night, would able to attract tourists to visit and to stay. Services, which could make money, were taken into consideration by the design team so as to help investors (Que Huong cooperation and Invesco) recover investment as soon as possible.
