To concretize the policy on investment in developing industrial parks under the plan for development of industrial parks up to 2020 in Long An province, which has been approved by the Prime Minister; It will contribute to developing and transforming the economic structure of the province, raising the proportion of industrial production - construction - services, encouraging exports, creating momentum to accelerate the process of urbanization.

Long Hau Industrial Park (IZ) is located on the border between Can Giuoc District, Long An Province and Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City, in the priority area of ​​industrial development of Ho Chi Minh City. Minh and Long An province. Officially put into operation in 2007, Long Hau Industrial Park and Long Hau Industrial Park have a total area of ​​about 250 hectares. To date, nearly 80% of the total area of ​​Long Hau IP has been filled to over 120 invested enterprises. According to the orientation of construction planning of Can Giuoc district was approved in 2014, Long Hau Joint Stock Company plans to expand investment in Long Hau 3 Industrial Park, bringing the total area of ​​Long Hau Industrial Zone up 374 ha.

To carry out the above plan, one of the preparations for the investment is the elaboration of a detailed planning on the construction of 1/2000 scale of Long Hau 3 Industrial Park in Long Hau commune, Can Giuoc district, Long An province.
